Our Process

Cleaning & Conditioning

Raw tur undergoes multiple rounds of cleaning to remove dust, stones, and impurities. Grains are then conditioned with light edible oil and moisture, ensuring the husk softens uniformly.

Drying & Dehusking

The conditioned grains are carefully sun-dried or hot-air dried, before the husk is removed with precision to protect the nutritional core.

Splitting & Sorting

Clean kernels are split into uniform dal, followed by advanced separation and color sorting to eliminate brokens, discolored, or immature grains.

Polishing & Packing

Depending on customer preference, dal is polished or kept unpolished, then tested for moisture and food safety before being hygienically packed to lock in freshness.
